DUI arrests

Jason D. Crisp, 34, of Elkhart, was arrested Dec. 6 for driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper display of registration, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

Wade A. Porter, 48, of Brodhead, Wis., was arrested Dec. 14 for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

Joseph P. Olberding, 38, of Marengo, was arrested Dec. 9 for driving under the influence of alcohol, having no valid registration and driving while license revoked, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail.

John S. Penny, 48, of Marengo, was arrested Dec. 23 for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper backing, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

Gregory T. Silvestri, 20, of McHenry, was arrested Dec. 22 for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

Battery arrests

Stephen J. Stewart, 36, of Marengo, was arrested Dec. 23 for domestic battery, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

Richard A. Lopez, 41, of Marengo, was arrested Dec. 9 for aggravated battery to a peace officer, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail.

Drug arrests

William N. Wagner-Noah, 18, of Gurnee, was arrested Dec. 8 for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

Alfred W. Kowbel, 37, of Marengo, was arrested Dec. 8 for unlawful possession of marijuana, according to police. He was issued a notice to appear and was released.

Weapons use arrest

Bradley A. Beach, 35, of Marengo, was arrested Dec. 13 for unlawful use of weapons and disorderly conduct, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail.

Disorderly conduct arrest

Shawn C. Fields, 26, of Marengo, was arrested Dec. 20 for disorderly conduct, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

Property damage arrest

Scott A. Marquardt, 39, of Marengo, was arrested Dec. 16 for criminal damage to property, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.
