Teen nets alcohol, drug charges

Joshua S. Haut, 18, 15004 Harmony Road, Huntley, was charged July 4 with unlawful consumption of alcohol and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for improper use of lane, having a headlight out and illegal transportation of alcohol, police said.

Man charged with DUI

Robert C. Thompson, 52, Kingston, was charged July 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol and cited for improper lane use, police said.

Teens, adult net alcohol charges

• Kaitlin Walsh, 17, Schaumburg, was charged June 30 with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, resisting arrest and attempting to obstruct a peace officer, police said.

• Several teens were charged at a party with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor June 30, police said. The teens include Tara Lynn Interrante, 17, of Palatine; Sara Jaloveckas, 18, 1670 Glenlake Road, Huntley; Lauren Zuniga, 17, Hoffman Estates; Jackie Labano, 17, Hanover Park; Stephanie Aroworade, 18, 9694 Cummings St., Huntley; Lorraine Edralin, 17, Glendale Heights; Keith Duncan, 20, Hanover Park; Victoria Raio, 18, Hoffman Estates; Monica Maldonado, 18, Hanover Park; Vishal Kalani, 18, Hoffman Estates, and a 16-year-old from Hoffman Estates. The teens have appear in McHenry County Court Aug. 11. A woman at the party, Victoria Aroworade, 47, 9694 Cummings St., was charged with permitting alcohol access to minor, police said.

• Monroe E. Smith, III, 41, 6619 Main St., Union, was charged with domestic battery July 7, police said.

• Dean Chism, 37, Chicago, was charged with domestic battery July 5, police said.

Carmelo Cortes-Nicolas, 27, 1204 Fox Glove Lane, Marengo, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid driver’s license July 5, police said.

Ricardo Soto, 38, of Rockford, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia July 5, police said.

Dale L. Zalke, 42, 1104 Cottonwood Lane, Marengo, was charged with reckless conduct July 4, police said.
