Man nets domestic battery charge

Timothy P. Blaha, 27, 11706 Kenneth St., No. 3, Huntley, was charged Feb. 21 with domestic battery, police said. Blaha was transported to McHenry County jail.

DUI charged

Cynthia Fullerton, 50, 2S449 White Birch Lane, Wheaton, was charged Feb. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol, police said. Fullerton was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

Man nets battery charge

Theodore J. Lang, 24, of Hebron, was arrested Feb. 16 for battery and failure to appear on an outstanding warrant out of McHenry County, police said. Lang was transported to McHenry County jail.

Man arrested for outstanding warrant

Jeffrey Spinabella, 41, 10733 Allegheny Pass, Huntley, was arrested Feb. 15 on an outstanding warrant for harassment by electronic means, police said. Spinabella was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

Man charged with criminal sexual abuse

Cameron McClure, 19, of Algonquin, was arrested Feb. 13 for criminal sexual abuse, police said. McClure was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

Theft alleged

Sanady Thongmalayey, 25, of Carpentersville, was arrested Feb. 13 for retail theft at The Children’s Place store located at 11800 Factory Shop Boulevard, police said.

• Oscar Gonsales, 29, of Harvard, was charged with speeding, no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle Feb. 20, police said. Gonsales was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.

• Liliana Ramos-Radilla, 26, 620 E. Grant Highway, Marengo, was charged with violating minimum speed/obstructing flow, no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle Feb. 21, police said. She was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.
