ELMHURST, IL -

DUI alleged

• Joanne F. Ligon, 51, of Chicago was arrested at about 9:30 a.m. July 3 and was charged with driving under the influence, improper parking, expired driver’s license, no insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol, police said.

• Derrick L. Conley of Harvey was arrested at about 10:15 p.m. July 4 at Lake and Walnut streets and charged with driving under the influence, no valid driver’s license and no insurance, police said. Patrick D. Woods of Oak Park was charged in the same incident with consumption of alcohol and resisting arrest, while Tikia W. Cruss was arrested and charged with consumption of alcohol, police said.

• Victorio Santillanes of Berwyn was arrested at about 3:45 a.m. July 5 at York Road and Second Street and charged with driving under the influence and no proof of insurance, police said.

• Nicole R. Moran of Naperville was arrested at about 4:30 a.m. July 5 at Madison and Poplar avenues and charged with improper lane usage, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of driving under the influence, police said.

• Michael Torchia, 19, of Elmhurst was arrested at about 2 a.m. July 7 at Chandler and Marion streets and charged with two counts of driving under the influence, being under the age of 21 with alcohol in the system, underage consumption of alcohol and speeding, police said.

Drug charge filed

Rafael Raldiris, 32, of Addison was arrested at about 10:30 a.m. July 5 at Lake Street and Oak Lawn Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, suspended registration, driving with a suspended license, attempt of obstruction and equipment violation, police said.

Disorderly conduct charged

Joseph A. Witkowski, 56, of Berkeley was arrested at about 10:30 a.m. July 4 at Palmer and Schiller streets and charged with disorderly conduct for public intoxication and possession of open alcohol in public, police said.

Property damage reported

A woman in the 300 block of Fullerton Avenue reported that between 7 p.m. July 3 and 8 p.m. July 4, someone damaged her car with two long scratches on the front side panel, causing about $300 in damages, police said.

Police injury reported

An Elmhurst police officer reported that he was injured at about 11:45 p.m. July 4. The officer reported that after reporting to the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital emergency room, it was determined he had a fraction/dislocation to the upper portion of his left ring finger resulting from an incident involving a loud party and fireworks complaint, police said.

Battery count filed

Anthony Portillo, 40, of Downers Grove was arrested for battery at about 12:30 a.m. July 6 in the 2300 block of Fountain Square Drive, police said.

Drug charge filed

Jasmine Brown, 19, of Bolingbrook was charged with possession of marijuana at about 12:15 a.m. July 3 in the 1100 block of South Finley Road, police said.

DUI charged

• Andrew Mancione, 29, of Lombard was charged with drunken driving at about midnight July 4 in the first block of West St. Charles Road, police said.
• Stephanie Recine, 20, of Lombard was charged with drunken driving at about 2:15 a.m. July 5 at Wilson and Norbury avenues, police said.

Items reported stolen

•  A purse containing gift cards and $500 in cash was reported stolen at about 10:30 a.m. July 2 from a car in the 1000 block of South Westmore-Myers Road, police said.

• A lawn tractor valued at $13,000 was reported stolen at about 1:45 p.m. July 3 at North Avenue and Main Street, police said.

• Electronic equipment was reported stolen at about 6:45 p.m. July 3 from a home in the 800 block of Foxworth Boulevard, police said.

• A gym bag containing a wallet and other items was reported stolen at about 2:30 p.m. July 5 from a vehicle in the 800 block of Foxworth Boulevard, police said.

Underage drinking alleged

Donald McCarver, 17, and Randall Gleason, 19, both of Lombard, were charged with underage drinking at about 9:30 p.m. July 4 at Madison Street and Lewis Avenue, police said.

Battery count filed

Alonzo Bustos, 31, of Villa Park was arrested for battery at about 12:30 a.m. June 30 in the 700 block of North Lincoln Avenue, police said.

Drug charges filed

• Isaac Davis, 19, of Bellwood was charged with possession of marijuana at about 7:45 p.m. June 26 at North and Westmore avenues, police said.

• Nicholas Thompson, 21, of Villa Park was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 1 p.m. June 29 at Addison Avenue and Ridge Road, police said.

DUI charged

• Joel Delgado-Mendoza, 22, of Addison was charged with drunken driving at about 2 a.m. June 26 at North and Lincoln avenues, police said.

• Samuel Hines, 19, of Lombard was charged with drunken driving at about 2:15 a.m. June 26 at Addison Avenue and Plymouth Street, police said.

• Matthew Koteski, 26, of Schaumburg was charged with drunken driving at about 1:15 a.m. June 28 at Route 83 and Washington Street, police said.

• Roberto Solis, 44, of Addison was charged with drunken driving at about 1:45 a.m. June 28 at North and Yale avenues, police said.

• Juan Cornejo, 43, of Villa Park was charged with drunken driving at about 12:30 a.m. June 29 at Addison Avenue and Ridge Road, police said.

• Robert Cokinis, 52, of Chicago was charged with drunken driving at about 1:15 a.m. June 29 at Roosevelt Road and Ardmore Avenue, police said.

Items reported stolen

A vehicle with tools valued at more than $5,000 was reported stolen at about 10:45 a.m. June 30 in the 100 block of North Villa Avenue, police said.
