Lombard native Joanna Krupa was eliminated from hit TV show “Dancing With the Stars” Tuesday11/17.
Krupa, who moved to Lombard in her early teens and graduated from Glenbard East High School in 1997, began her modeling career while she was still in high school.
Since then, Krupa has been on the cover of many magazines, including Ocean Drive, Maxim and Playboy’s December issue. She models both business and casual clothing, in addition to swimwear.
Krupa has appeared in many shows and movies, including “Las Vegas,” “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation,” and “Planet of the Apes,” among many others. She has been voted Sexiest Top Model in the World by E! TV channel.
Just one week before the final round, Krupa and her dance partner Derek Hough were sent home.
