George Salidas, 50, of 126 N. Addison Ave., was charged with public intoxication and disobeying a railroad sign at 12:41 p.m. Nov. 11, at York Street and the Union Pacific Railroad crossing, police said.
Kevin Madden, 21, of 414 Arlington Ave., was charged with disorderly conduct after smashing pumpkins in front of 100 South restaurant at about 1:33 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at 100 S. York Road, police said.
Thefts reported
A wooden push cart valued at $150 was reported stolen at about 8:39 a.m. Nov. 11, from a home on the 600 block of Cedar Avenue, police said.
A red Magnum 10 speed 26 inch bicycle valued at $350, lock and cable were reported stolen at about 2:34 p.m. Nov. 13, from a bike rack at York High School, police said.
An iPhone valued at $500 was reported stolen at about 8:09 p.m. Nov. 16, from the cafeteria at York High School, police said.
Vehicle reported stolen
A vehicle was reported stolen at about 3:50 p.m. Nov. 12, in the Walgreens parking lot on 160 N. Palmer Drive, and was later found in the nearby Jewel-Osco parking lot, police said.
Burglary to motor vehicle
A front passenger window was broken and a Sony GPS unit valued at $400 was reported stolen from a car at about 4:14 p.m. Nov. 12, on the 500 block of Elm Avenue, police said.
A wallet and social security card were reported stolen at about 10:04 a.m. Nov. 13, from a car parked in the driveway of a home on the 300 block of East May Street, police said.
A car’s glove box was reportedly ransacked at about 9:29 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, on the 100 block of Prospect Avenue, but no items were reported missing, police said.
A pair of sunglasses and a wallet containing a driver’s license, social security card, debit cards, and $140 cash were reported stolen at about 11:23 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, from the glove box of an unlocked car parked at Elmhurst College, police said.

Domestic battery charged
John Navarro, 22, of 464 E. Vallette St., was charged with domestic battery at about 12:27 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, at his home, police said.
A 15-year-old boy was charged with domestic battery after fighting with his brother, mother, and sister at about 4:45 p.m. Nov. 13, at a home with an undisclosed location, police said.
Naked man in elevator
Christian Smith, 45, of 567 S. Sweet Ridge Drive, Vail, Ariz., was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at about 2:07 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, after being found naked in a stuck elevator he damaged at the Courtyard by Marriott at 370 N. Route 83, police said.
