Minor nets alcohol charge
Christopher P. Tovar, 19, of State Street in Lemont, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor after being arrested at about 3:30 a.m. Oct. 18 in the 900 block of State Street, police said.

Construction signs stolen
• Police said three construction signs were stolen from a site between Oct. 12 and Oct. 15 at 127th and State streets.

• Construction signs were stolen at about 2:30 p.m. Oct. 12 from a site  in the 12300 block of Derby Road, police said.

Signs, sign posts stolen
Police said several street signs and sign posts were removed between noon and 7 p.m. Oct. 12 from Archer Avenue, between Oak Tree and Woodland Drive.

Obstruction alleged
Alan S. Reeves, 35, of Chicago was charged with obstruction of justice, driving with a suspended license and improper lane usage after being pulled over at about 8:45 p.m. Oct. 12 in the 12100 block of Archer Avenue, police said.

Teen charged with theft
Kyle James Kolb, 17, of St. Brendans Court in Lemont, was charged with retail theft after being arrested at about 7:45 p.m. Oct. 9 in the 1200 block of State Street, police said.

Man charged with theft
William J. Heyden, 27, of Peiffer Avenue, Lemont was charged with theft after being arrested at 10:45 p.m. Oct. 11 in the 100 block of Stephen Street, police said. Reports state he allegedly stole a money clip containing driver’s license, debit card and about $40.

Golf equipment stolen
Police said a Chicago Bears golf bag and a set of golf clubs  were stolen from a car between Oct. 6 and Oct. 11. No loss amount was provided by police.

Car burglarized
A global positioning system unit, carton of cigarettes, and a bag of coins were stolen from a car between 10:30 p.m. Oct. 10 and 7 a.m. Oct. 11 in the 13900 block of Steepleview Lane, police said. No loss amount was provided by police.

Sunglasses taken from car
Police said a pair of Oakley sunglasses and a global positioning system power cord were removed from a car between 8:30 p.m. Oct. 9 and about 10:15 a.m. Oct. 10 in the 12000 block of Holly Court, police said. No loss amount was provided by police.

Purse, CDs missing
A Coach purse, wallet and CDs were stolen from a car at about 3:45 a.m. Oct. 7 in the 13000 block of Fairway Drive, police said.
