DUIs charged
• Cherlese M. Kleiva, 35, of Main Street,  Lemont was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, illegal transportation of alcohol, no valid insurance, driving in the wrong lane and disobeying a stop sign. She was pulled over at about 2 a.m. Aug. 16 at Logan and State streets, police said.

• Rolandas Siniakovas, 46, of Berkley Lane, Lemont was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper U-turn after being arrested at about 11 p.m. Aug. 16 at 127th and State streets, police said.

Grass trimmer stolen
A grass trimmer was stolen from a porch between 1:30 and 10 p.m. Aug. 15 in the 700 block of Warner Avenue, police said.

Man nets possession charge
Nicholas T. Nutting, 19, of Czacki Street, Lemont was charged with possession of drug equipment and operation of uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop at about 10:30 p.m. Aug. 15 at Schultz and Ledochowski streets, police said.

Man charged with battery
Jeffery M. Hohen, 52, of Downers Grove, was charged with battery after being arrested at about 3:30 p.m. Aug. 11 in the 12400 block of Walker Road, police said.
No further details were provided by police.

Tools stolen
Police said a truck box, hand tools and a drill were removed from a vehicle between 6:30 p.m. Aug. 11 and 6 a.m. Aug. 12 in the 500 block of Czacki Street, police said.

Bike stolen
A BMX bicycle was stolen from a residence at 6 p.m. Aug. 10 in the 700 block of Schultz Street, police said.
