Teen nets alcohol charge
Mark R. McGuire, 19, of Keepataw Drive, Lemont was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and obstructing a police officer after being arrested at about 1:45 a.m. July 19 at James and Young streets, police said.

Men charged with DUI
• Kazimierz Mucha, 48, of Gordon Lane, Lemont was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident after being arrested at about 10:15 p.m. July 17 in the 1000 block of Hillview Drive, police said.

• Terry A. Callebert, 43, of Ruth Drive, Lemont was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, speeding and improper lane usage after being arrested at about 1:45 a.m. July 3 in the 12700 block of Archer Avenue, police said.
Battery alleged

• Nicholas J. Amato, 29, of Lockport, was arrested for battery at about 1:30 a.m. July 12 in the 100 block of Stephen Street, police said.

• Victoria L. Caley, 23, of Hickory Hills, was charged with battery and resisting and obstructing a police officer at about 1:45 a.m. July 12 in the 300 block of Main Street, police said.

• Karla Mercado, 26, of Meagan Lane, Lemont, was arrested for battery at 2:30 a.m. July 12 in the 300 block of Main Street, police said.

GPS reported stolen
A GPS was stolen between 9:15 a.m. and 4 p.m. July 13 from a car in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue, police said.

Rain gauge taken
Police said a rain gauge from the National Weather Service was stolen between 5 p.m. July 11 and 7 a.m. July 12 in the 16000 block of 127th Street.

ComEd car burglarized
Police said tools were removed from a Commonwealth Edison car at about 1:30 p.m. July 11 in the 12300 block of Archer Avenue, police said.
