Cheryl Garamoni and George Bandik of Riverside announce the engagement of their daughter, Brooke Bandik, to Andrew Righeimer, son of Dolores and David Righeimer of River Forest.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Riverside-Brookfield High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in consumer and textile marketing from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Chamaign, in 2002. She is employed as a wedding consultant and co-owner of Tying the Knot in Hinsdale.
The groom-to-be is a graduate of Fenwick High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in information decision sciences from the University of Illinois, Chicago, in 2004 and a master’s degree from Dominican University in 2008. He is employed as a sixth-grade social studies teacher at Forest Park Middle School.
The wedding is planned for August 2008. The couple will live in Brookfield.
