John Dudek of Riverside and Roseanne Carlson-Kardas of Brookfield announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Marie Dudek, to Edmund S. Sieracki of Pennsylvania.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Riverside-Brookfield High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in management organizational behavior from Benedictine University. She is employed in human resources for a company in Chicago.

The groom-to-be earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin. He is currently pursuing his master of business administration degree from Northern Illinois University. He is employed as a cost accountant in the Chicagoland area.
