Village Church to host Pet Blessing

The Village Church of La Grange Park, UCC, will host a Pet Blessing on Saturday, Aug. 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Pastor Mark Jargstorf will be blessing pets from 10 to 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and from 1 to 2 p.m.
Organizational participants include Cub Scout Pack 66 and Petsmart. CatNap will host a petting and adoption station, Sequin Services will host a drawing/coloring station, a Police K-9 Unit demonstration, and more.
Registration for the Village Church Vacation Bible School, (Aug. 4 - 8 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.) will be held as well as enrollment for our Fall Sunday School Program.

The church is located at 1150 Meadowcrest Road in LavGrange Park, one block north of 31st Street and one block east of La Grange Road.
