Stereo equipment stolen
Stereo equipment valued at $12,000 was stolen between 7:30 p.m. Sept. 2 and 6 a.m. Sept. 3 from a 2008 Chevrolet parked on the first block of Founders Pointe.
The car was locked at the time of the burglary.

Items taken from locker
An Apple iPhone, jewelry, a pair of khaki dress pants, a brown leather wallet and cash were stolen from a locker at Lifetime Fitness, 455 Scott Drive, between about 5:45 and 6:45 p.m. Sept. 3.
Loss was estimated at $27,600.

Glenwood home burglarized
A 52-inch television with stand, an X-Box 360 with several games, a compact disc case with several CDs and DVDs, an iPod alarm clock, a radio, a coffee maker, lamps and kitchen items were stolen or damaged between Aug. 13 and Sept. 4 in a home on the 300 block of Glenwood Drive.
Loss and damage were estimated at a total of $5,000.

Garage burglarized
A Compaq desktop computer, a Hoover upright carpet-shampooing machine and a small tool box were stolen from a locked garage between 10:30 p.m. Sept. 4 and about 5:45 a.m. Sept. 5 on the 300 block of Glenwood Drive.
Loss was estimated at $1,500.

Underage alcohol citation
James Huff, 20, 21W301 Par Lane, Itasca, was cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving without lights when required at about 3 a.m. Sept. 7 near Schick and Bloomingdale roads.

Vehicle damage alleged
Hector Manzanares, 27, a resident of the 1200 block of Robin Drive, was charged with criminal damage to a vehicle at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 7 at his residence.

Woman faces drug charges
Angelica L. Anemore, 21, 1886 Somerset Drive, No. 3D, Glendale Heights, was charged with driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about midnight Aug. 29 near Main Street and Geneva Road.

Minor charged with drinking
Nicholas J. Kurzer, 20, 1256 Portchester Circle, Carol Stream, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and zero tolerance at 1:30 a.m. Aug. 30 near St. Charles Road and Westgate Drive.

Glendale Heights
Man faces DUI charge
Dylan J. Meyer, 21, no address given, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and no seat belt at 12:30 a.m.  Sept. 4 at Glen Ellyn Road and Winthrop Avenue.

Money gone from account
Money was taken from a resident’s bank account in July. The victim said $372 was taken from the account July 21. The incident was reported at about 4:45 p.m. Sept. 6. The name of the bank was not released by police.

Suspended license alleged
Lorenzo Flores, 31, 584 Valerie St., Addison, was charged with driving with a suspended license at 10 a.m. Sept. 6 along the 200 block of East Fullerton Avenue.
Flores also had three outstanding arrest warrants.
