Amy Doyle and Richie Pollack have announced their engagement. Amy is the daughter of Thomas and Deborah Doyle of Elmhurst. Richie is the son of Richard and Darlene Pollack of Elmhurst.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of York Community HIgh School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2007. She is pursuing a doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
The groom-to-be is a graduate of York Community High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Illinois State University in 2007. He is employed as a math teacher with St. Charles East High School.
The wedding is planned for June 2009 at Immaculate Conception Parish in Elmhurst.
