Washer and dryer stolen
Huntley police received a report July 17 of the theft of a GE washer and dryer. The appliances were reported stolen from a house under construction in the area of 14200 Newport, police said.

Vehicle keyed
Huntley police received a report July 18 of criminal damage to property. A vehicle was keyed near 10400 Fleetwood, police said.

Microwave stolen
Huntley police received a report July 18 of the theft of a GE microwave valued at $199.75. The microwave was reported stolen from a house under construction near 12600 Raintree.

Man arrested for DUI
Jeffrey M. Haenisch, 27, 940 Viewpoint Drive, Lake in the Hills, was arrested July 20 for driving under the influence and cited for failure to dim headlights, police said. He was released after posting bond.

Man arrested for multiple offenses
Rimantas Kudinskas, 39, 41W028 Freeman Road, was arrested July 22 for driving under the influence, improper lane usage, following too closely, failure to notify Secretary of State of address change, illegal transportation of alcohol, aggravated battery on a peace officer and resisting arrest, police said. He was transported to McHenry County Jail.

Roger Lee Proffitt, 47, 469 Eisenhower Drive, Marengo, was arrested July 21 for driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with no insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol, police said. He was transported to McHenry County Jail.

Daniel G. Cermak, 17, of Belvidere, was arrested July 21 for possession of marijuana, police said. He was released after posting bond.

Man charged with domestic battery
According to police, Ricjard McQuitter, 51, 1100 Briden Drive, Apt. #1, Marengo, was charged with domestic battery July 21. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and held to see a judge.

Roxanne M. Reinbolz, 23, of Marengo, was arrested July 22 for possession of marijuana, police said. She was released after posting bond.

Juan C. Romero, 25, 469 Eisenhower, Marengo, was arrested July 28 for driving with no license, driving without insurance, driving without lights, and a warrant out of Kane County for failure to appear on a previous criminal trespass to land charge, police said. Carlos Montero-Rodriguez, 19, 604 East Grant Highway, Marengo, was arrested July 29 for driving with no license, driving without insurance and disobeying a stop sign, police said. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.
