
Domestic battery arrests
• Roy W. Allen, 55, 11706 Evergreen, Huntley, was arrested Aug. 27 for domestic battery, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail.
• George Bata, 34,10538 Fleetwood, Huntley, was arrested Aug. 30 for domestic battery, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail.
• Alfred W. Kowbel, 31, 426 W. Grant, Marengo, was arrested Aug. 22 for domestic battery, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail.
• Teresa A. Vierck, 36, 250 Telegraph St., Marengo, was arrested Aug. 28 for domestic battery, according to police. She was transported to McHenry County Jail.
• Scott A. Marquardt, 38, 250 Telegraph St., Marengo, was arrested Aug. 28 for domestic battery, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail.
Landscaping equipment stolen
• Huntley police received a report Aug. 28 that several landscaping tools, weed trimmers, chain saws, leaf blowers and small push mowers were stolen from ath, JDK Services. The estimated value of the stolen equipment is $3,000.
• Huntley police received a report Aug. 31 that a weed whacker and two air blowers were stolen from a landscaping truck parked near Princeton and Regency Road. The estimated value of the items is $1,525.
Lawn ornament stolen
Huntley police received a report Sept. 1 that a small plastic lawn ornament was stolen from a front porch near 10600 Golden Gate.
Concrete stolen
Huntley police received a report Aug. 30 that an unknown offender stole $7,500 in concrete forms, $5,000 in inside corners, $1,000 in scaffold brackets and $10 in C clamps from Manning Concrete.
Man arrested for DUI
Jose A. Gamboa, 48, 287 Waterbury Circle, Oswego, was arrested Sept. 1 for driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol, according to police. He was transported to McHenry County Jail and released after posting bond.
Man arrested on Marijuana charges
Pedro Saucedo, 43, 316 W. Washington, Marengo, was arrested Aug. 24possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of cannabis. He was transported to McHenry County Jail.
