Interest group
Volunteer tutors wanted Project CARE, the adult volunteer literacy program at Morton College, Cicero, is looking for volunteer tutors to serve as reading and English language tutors for its adult literacy program. An orientation session for new tutors is from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, in the Cicero Public Library, 5225 W. Cermak Road. Twelve hours of training is required. All training and materials are free of charge. Volunteers are asked to provide between 90 minutes and two hours of tutoring services per week for one year.
