Property damage charged

Police arrested Andrew W. Crocket, 20, of Winfield at about 12:15 a.m. Dec. 1 in the 2000 block of West Roosevelt Road for criminal damage to government property, obstructing a police officer and illegal consumption of alcohol by a person under 21, according to reports.

Two offices burglarized

An unknown person entered through locked doors two office suites at the 1000 block of College Avenue sometime between 11:45 a.m. Dec. 4 and 9:40 a.m. Dec. 5 and stole computer equipment valued at $1,900 from one office. A scanner/printer worth $89 and a 19-inch television worth $200 were taken from the other office, according to reports.

Car vandalized, roof dented

Sometime between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Dec. 12 someone broke the windshield and dented the roof of a 2001 Honda CRV while the driver was at work in Danada Square West, according to police.

Drug charges

• Benjamin C. Bloom, 17 of Wheaton, was arrested at about 12:30 a.m. Dec. 1 at the intersection of Briarcliffe Boulevard and Lakecliffe Drive for driving under the influence of drugs and failure to yield at an intersection, according to police.

• Police arrested Jasmine Beasley, 19, 1285 Windsor Drive, Wheaton, at about 2:30 a.m. Dec. 1 at the intersection of Naperville and Roosevelt roads for driving under the influence of drugs, improper lane usage, improper turn at an intersection, failure to signal and illegal transportation of alcohol, according to reports.

DUI arrests

• Mark C. Garamoni, 19, of Glen Ellyn, faces numerous charges after police arrested him at about 12:15 a.m. Dec. 1 at the intersection of Prospect and 22nd streets, including driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal consumption of alcohol by a person under 21 and illegal transportation of alcohol, according to police. His passenger, Matthew J. Reed, 19, 1815 Rose Court., Wheaton, also was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal consumption of alcohol by a person under 21, according to reports.

• Honario Avilez, 20, of Melrose Park, faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, no valid driver’s license and improper lane usage after police arrested him at about 1:45 a.m. Dec. 2 at the intersection of Blanchard Street and Roosevelt Road, according to police.

• Police arrested Robert S. Wujeck, 38, of Glen Ellyn, for driving under the influence of alcohol at about 11:45 p.m. Dec. 7 at the intersection of Briarbook Drive and Butterfield Road, according to reports.
