DUI charged

• Ravi Shah, 29, of Lombard was charged with driving under the influence at about 2 a.m. May 18 near Roosevelt Road and President Street, according to police reports.

• Luis Zagal, 38, of Hanover Park was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and endangering the life or health of a child at about 12:30 a.m. May 18 near Geneva Road, according to police reports.

• Elizabeth Verdoin, 20, 156 Orchard Pass Road, Wheaton, was charged with driving under the influence at about 12:30 a.m. May 11 near Geneva and Driving Park roads, according to police reports.

• Michael Kulling, 25, of Lombard was charged with driving under the influence at about 2 a.m. May 11 near Butterfield Road and Cromwell Drive, according to police reports.

• Kim Hartzfield-Barksdale, 44, of Westmont was charged with driving under the influence and endangering the life or health of a child at about 2:30 a.m. May 11 near Geneva Road and President Street, according to police reports.

Bicycles reported stolen

Wheaton police received several reports of bicycle thefts in mid-May. One was stolen before May 21 in the 200 block of President Street. Another was stolen from a shared garage in the 900 block of South Lorraine Street before May 19. Another was taken in the 1300 block of Hill Avenue before May 12. Another bicycle was stolen before May 11 from beneath a staircase in the 1100 block of East College Avenue. Police reports indicated nothing linking the thefts.
