Geneva, IL -

The Geneva Police are investigating three retail thefts from earlier in the week worth over $5,000 at Geneva Commons, 1102 Commons Dr.

The thefts were reported on Sunday Feb. 15 and Monday Feb 16.

On Sunday afternoon, police responded to a call from Hollister, 314 Commons, where $1,680 in mens polo shirts were stolen, and Anthropologie, 122 Commons, where 32 women’s blouses were stolen, worth $2,096.

On Monday afternoon, it was reported to police that 34 shirts were stolen from Aeropostale, 502 Commons, worth $1,283.

Geneva Police Commander Eric Passarelli says that they have “a pretty good description of two suspects, but it’s an ongoing investigation.”

Passarelli said they could not release any more information about the suspects, so as not to jeopardize the investigation.

If you have any information about these crimes, call the Geneva Police Department at (630) 232-4736.
