One penny for a Day of Fun

Faith Lutheran Church, 1745 Kaneville Road, will be having a Day of Fun for families in hard financial times from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 25.
The event will cost a penny to attend.
The Rev. Steven Okpisz said the day will give families a free hot meal while featuring a food pantry, games and a prayer tent to give families support during hard times
Geneva residents will be able to receive a bag of food from the pantry.
The church also will give out a book, “Surviving Tough Times” by Lynn Zuk-Lloyd, while supplies last.
