Geneva Park District travels to pick blueberries

Geneva, IL -

From 9:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, July 20, the Geneva Park District will host a trip to Tammen’s Berry and Tree Farm in Braidwood, Ill.

A tractor-pulled wagon will transport participants in and out of the field at various times. Blueberries are “all-you-can-pick.”

Lunch will be included with the trip, as the group will stop at Polk A Dot Restaurant in Braidwood.

The trip includes transportation, muffins, juice, water, picking time and lunch.

The trip will involve a lot of time on your feet and uneven dirt paths.

The registration deadline is Monday, July 13.
