St. Charles' annual Scarecrow Festival rang in the fall season right last weekend.
Held Friday through Sunday in Lincoln Park, the celebration offered live entertainment, fall treats and six categories in the scarecrow competition — city of St. Charles 175th anniversary, mechanical, area business, children's, and traditional and whimsical.
