International picnic at Peck Farm

From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. July 12, international guests from Fermilab will be celebrated at a picnic at Peck Farm Park Pavilion, 38W199 Kaneville Road.
The event, organized by the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory’s Women’s Organization, will allow the international visitors to meet locals and vice-versa.
Cynthia Albright of Geneva’s International Cultural Exchange Committee said she hopes the picnic will serve as an outreach to enable interaction between both parties.
Participants are asked to bring a side dish or dessert, but main dishes and beverages will be provided.

A contribution of $5 per adult or $10 per family by members of the Geneva community can be made at the door.
