Steve Sulkin won an individual championship and the York boys track team posted eight all-state finishes en route to its first IHSA boys track and field state title since 2000 Saturday at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.
In the first year of the three-class system, the Dukes totaled 56 points to outdistance fellow trophy winners Neuqua Valley (36) and Belleville West (34).
