Drug charges filed

• Maria J. Moscardini, 38, of Chicago was charged with possession of marijuana at about 9:45 p.m. Jan. 15 at Routes 83 and 64, police said.

• Rody Lazar, 27, of Schaumburg was charged with possession of marijuana at about 1:15 a.m. Jan. 12 at Addison Avenue and Second Street, police said. Charged at the same time with possession of drug paraphernalia was Sol Garcia, 27, of Schaumburg, police said.

• Ian Fretch, 28, 226 Columbia Ave., was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Jan. 6 at Howard and Grantley avenues, police said. Charged at the same time with possession of marijuana was Christopher J. Dwyer, 20, 135 Marion St., police said.

• David Turner, 18, of Northlake and Jason Birla, 19, of Northlake were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at about 1:30 a.m. Jan. 3 in the 500 block of West St. Charles Road, police said.

• Manuel Curiel, 20, of Chicago was charged with possession of marijuana at about 11:15 p.m. Jan. 2 at Grand Avenue and Willow Road, police said.

• Kendyri Collins, 20, of Chicago was charged with delivery of a controlled substance at about 2:15 p.m. Jan. 3 in the 900 block of South York Road, police said. Charged at the same time with possession of a controlled substance were Christina Randazzo, 27, and Charles E. Birch, 28, both of Hoffman Estates, police said.

• Naruf Cunningham, 30, of Chicago was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver at about 9:45 a.m. Jan. 2 at Grand Avenue and Industrial Drive, police said.

Items reported stolen

• A ferret worth $130 was reported stolen at 1:45 p.m. Jan. 15 at Petco, 199 S. Route 83, police said.

• An electric roofing saw was reported stolen Dec. 28 in the 500 block of West Third Street, police said.

• A Pontiac Grand Prix was reported stolen Dec. 8 at Budget Rental, 890 N. York Road, police said.

• A Toyota Camry and a ring were reported stolen at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 12 in the 300 block of East Crescent Avenue, police said.

• A high-definition TV worth $1,607 was reported stolen between 10:30 p.m. Jan. 7 and 7:45 a.m. Jan. 8 in the 100 block of West Armitage Avenue, police said.

Burglary count filed

• Scott S. Johan, 36, 491 W. St. Charles Road, was charged with burglary at about 9:30 a.m. Jan. 15 in the 300 block of South West Avenue, police said.

Criminal damage reported

• About $500 in damages from either a BB or paint ball gun happened between Jan. 12 and Jan. 14 in the 600 block of North York Road, police said.

• About $1,200 in damages to a coil of wire happened during a burglary Jan. 9 or Jan. 10 in the 100 block of East Brush Hill, police said.

• Thomas J. Joyce, 67, of Des Plaines was charged with drunken driving at about 11:45 p.m. Jan. 13 on Route 83, police said.

• Susan Salak, 56, of Burr Ridge was charged with drunken driving at about 1:30 a.m. Jan. 13 at Palmer Drive and Second Street, police said.

• Dustin Lee Templeton, 28, of Villa Park was charged with drunken driving at about 3:30 a.m. Jan. 12 at West St. Charles and Spring roads, police said.

• Erika Candido, 22, of Northlake was charged with drunken driving at about 4:15 a.m. Jan. 11 at Roosevelt Road and Route 83, police said.

• Bryant White, 24, of Chicago was charged with drunken driving at about 4:30 a.m. Jan. 11 at York Road and I-290, police said.

• Steven Williams, 22, of Calumet Park was charged with drunken driving, possession of marijuana and illegal transportation of alcohol at about 1:15 a.m. Jan. 11 at North Avenue and I-290, police said.

• Michael J. Reckert, 22, of Melrose Park was charged with drunken driving at about 12:45 a.m. Jan. 11 at St. Charles Road and Route 83, police said.

• Isidro Torres, 30, of Chicago was charged with drunken driving at about 4 p.m. Jan. 10 in the 600 block of North York Road, police said.

• Victoria Irene Kibbons, 30, of Franklin Park was charged with drunken driving at about 8:15 p.m. Jan. 6 at North Avenue and Route 83, police said.

• Chenise Y. Smith, 27, of Chicago was charged with drunken driving at about 6:15 a.m. Jan. 5 at Villa and Albert avenues, police said.

• Kelly R. Jones-Behmer, 31, 547 S. Spring Road, was charged with drunken driving at about 1:30 a.m. Jan. 5 at Vallette Street and York Road, police said.

• Sean King, 16, 285 Oak St., was charged with two counts of drunken driving, underage drinking, curfew violation and possession of tobacco at about 4:15 a.m. Jan. 3 at Route 83 and Riverside Avenue, police said.

• Robert Vandergraw, 41, 275 N. Michigan Ave., was charged with drunken driving and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at about 9 p.m. Jan. 1 at Second Street and York Road, police said.

• Four teenagers were charged with underage drinking at about 1 a.m. Jan. 12 at York and Lake streets, police said. Those charged are William M. Legere, 17, 372 Parkview Ave.; Alexandra Flynn, 17, 195 Cuyuga Ave.; Anne Claire Stoik, 18, 351 Sturges Parkway; and Nikolas Love, 18, 411 Montrose Ave., police said.

• Jonathan M. Lee, 19, of Carol Stream was charged with underage drinking at about 5:15 a.m. Jan. 5 on York Road, police said.

Battery counts filed

• Douglas S. Walters, 60, of Elmhurst was arrested for battery at about 7 p.m. Jan. 7 at his residence, police said.

• Jack Kane, 21, 941 S. Michigan Ave., was arrested for battery at about 1:45 a.m. Jan. 5 in the 100 block of Addison Avenue, police said.
