DUI charged

• Donato Heriberto, 53, of Bellwood was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, improper lane usage and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle at about 9:30 p.m. June 19.

• Christopher Quigley, 25, of Glen Ellyn was charged with two counts of driving under the influence at about 1 a.m. June 20.

• Elizabeth Marifjeren, 26, of Oak Park was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and improper lane usage at about 1:15 a.m. June 22.

• Nery Garcia, 23, of Bensenville, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, disobeying a flashing red light and improper lane usage at about 1 a.m. June 23.

Disorderly conduct alleged

A Villa Park man reported that he was sitting in his vehicle  when a man  assaulted and spit on him at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at about 1:45 p.m. June 24. The Villa Park man said the man had cut him off, and after mouthing some words at the driver, the offending driver yelled obscenities at him and spit at him. Police said they were unable to locate the offender.

Indecent exposure reported

Police said they responded to a report of a man masturbating in the grassy area in the 200 block of East Second Street at about 1 p.m. June 22, but when the complainant’s husband returned home, the man ran away. Police used a dog to track the suspect, but it ended at North Avenue and I-290.

Unlawful contact alleged

Nelson Labrador, 23, of Elmhurst was charged with unlawful contact with street gang members and not having a rear registration plate light at about 11:45 p.m. June 19.

Purse reported stolen

A man reported that he had parked his car in the Mount Emblem Cemetery at about 3 p.m. June 21 when a man with a shaved head and sunglasses, who looked between 25 and 30 years old, drove a Toyota next to his car. The man reported the suspect entered the vehicle and took a white purse containing several credit cards and $55 before fleeing.

• Kevin Kinloch, 43, of Lombard was charged with battery at about 3:30 p.m. June 20 in the 2400 block of Royal Drive, police said.

• Sean Coleman, 21, of Lombard was charged with domestic battery at about 2:30 p.m. June 22 in the 100 block of South Westmore Avenue, police said.

• Ruben Monroy-Torres, 35, of Lombard was charged with domestic battery at about 10:30 p.m. June 22 in the 100 block of West Willow Street, police said.

DUI charged

• John Goeken, 23, of Shorewood was charged with drunken driving at about 2:30 a.m. June 18 in the first block of West Roosevelt Road, police said.

• Max Gold, 27, of Chicago was charged with drunken driving at about 2:15 a.m. June 20 at Roosevelt Road and Westmore-Myers Road, police said.

• Allyson Haase, 48, of Wheaton was charged with drunken driving at about 2 a.m. June 22 at Highland Avenue and Interstate 88, police said.

Drug charge filed

Jeremy Evans, 28, of Hillside was charged with possession of marijuana at about 5:15 p.m. June 18 in Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

Items reported stolen

A diamond engagement ring valued at $3,500 was reported stolen at about 11:15 a.m. June 22 from a home in the 500 block of South Highland Avenue, police said.

• Frank Kolb, 85, of Westchester was charged with retail theft at about 10 a.m. June 18 at Road Ranger, 908 E. Roosevelt Road, police said.

• Shelley Scardamaglia, 38, of Naperville was charged with retail theft at about 1:45 p.m. June 12 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• Lizette Rodriguez, 23, of Aurora was charged with retail theft at about 3:45 p.m. June 12 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• Shannon Steiner, 32, of Naperville was charged with retail theft at about 3 p.m. June 13 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• Dominique Woods, 23, of Bellwood was charged with retail theft, battery and resisting arrest at about 2:15 p.m. June 14 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

Nicole Gurski, 30, of Villa Park was charged with domestic battery at about 6:45 a.m. June 21 in the 400 block of North Villa Avenue, police said.

• Andres Alvarez, 21, of Rolling Meadows was charged with possession of cocaine at about 2 a.m. June 21 in the 600 block of West North Avenue, police said.

• Michael Drew, 20, of Lombard was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking at about 1:30 a.m. June 18 at Madison Street and Harvard Avenue, police said.

Camron Tolliver, 21, of Villa Park was charged with drunken driving at about 3:45 a.m. June 20 at Ardmore and Home avenues, police said.

Lawn furniture valued at $300 was reported stolen at about 6:30 p.m. June 16 from a garage in the 400 block of North Third Avenue, police said.
