Retail theft charged

• Two juveniles were charged with retail theft and unlawful possession of tobacco at about 4 p.m. Jan. 21 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• Carmeshis Reynolds, 20, of Westmont was charged with shoplifting at about 2:30 p.m. Jan. 22 at JCPenney, 175 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• Two juveniles from Elmhurst were charged with retail theft at about 1:45 p.m. Jan. 22 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• Griselda Pantoja, 22, of Romeoville was charged with retail theft at about 1:30 p.m. Jan. 23 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• Hope Barlow, 29, and Monique Braithwait, 24, both of Chicago, were charged with retail theft at about 1:15 p.m. Jan. 25 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• Elizabeth Buckley, 25, and Catherine Buckley, 57, both of Lombard, were charged with retail theft at about 9 p.m. Jan. 28 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

Battery counts filed

• David Warren, 20, of Lombard was arrested for battery at about 5 p.m. Jan. 21 in the 200 block of West Graham Avenue, police said.

• Karyn E. Jackson, 28, of Carol Stream was arrested for battery at about 12:15 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 500 block of East Roosevelt Road, police said.

• Jacqueline Zurick, 36, of Lombard was arrested for battery at about 8:30 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 2700 block of South Highland Avenue, police said.

• Katherine Hurdle and Brian Parson, both 19-year-old Lombard residents, were arrested for aggravated battery at 12:15 a.m. Jan. 27 in the 1000 block of South Westmore Road, police said.

Gas reported stolen

• About $33 of gas was reported stolen at about 5 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 1100 block of South Main Street, police said.

Drug charge filed

• Lia Moretti, 21, of Lombard was charged with possession of marijuana at about 10:30 a.m. Jan. 28 at Broadview and St. Charles Road, police said.

Alcohol charges filed

• Tom Bauer, 27, of Bolingbrook was charged with drunken driving, speeding and improper lane usage at about 1 a.m. Jan. 20 at Roosevelt Road and Fairfield Avenue, police said.

• Scott Van Horne, 19, of Lombard was charged with underage drinking and contributing to the delinquency of a minor at about 8 p.m. Jan. 21 in the 2100 block of South Finley Road, police said. Charged at the same time for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and criminal trespass was Jeffrey Leardi, 21, of Lisle, police said. Also charged at the same time for underage drinking were Ronald Hill, 19, of Glen Ellyn; Adam O’Connor, 18, of Glen Ellyn; Robert Hill, 19, of Glen Ellyn; Kelcey Wagner, 18, of Lisle; Matthew Henry, 18, of Lombard; and Phillip Lafayette, 19, of Glen Ellyn, police said.

• David O’Brien, 50, of Lombard was charged with drunken driving and driving without headlights at about 8:15 p.m. Jan. 25 at Morris and Edson avenues, police said.

• Kevin Loughry, 24, of Downers Grove was charged with drunken driving and speeding at about 3 a.m. Jan. 27 at Roosevelt Road and Fairfield Avenue, police said.

• Aaron Macias, 20, of Lombard was charged with drunken driving at about 5 a.m. Jan. 27 at Edson Avenue and Hickory Street, police said.

Items reported stolen

• About $45 worth of gas was reported stolen at about 10:30 p.m. Jan. 19 at Thorton’s, 250 E. Route 38, police said.

• A catalytic converter worth $500 was reported stolen at 9 a.m. Jan. 24 in the 200 block of East North Avenue, police said.

Alcohol charges filed

• Tuesday C. Woltjen, 19, of Oak Brook was charged with underage drinking at about 1 a.m. Jan. 21 in the 300 block of South Ardmore Avenue, police said. Charged at the same time for distribution of alcohol was Ronald J. Beecraft, 42, of Villa Park.

• Stephen M. Sezezesniak, 22, of Addison was charged with two counts of drunken driving, driving too fast for conditions and improper lane usage at about 2 a.m. Jan. 26 in the 100 block of North Ardmore Avenue, police said.

• Santiago H. Moreno, 24, of Villa Park was charged with drunken driving at about 1 a.m. Jan. 19 at Cornell Avenue and Oak Street, police said.

• Jeanne E. Moore, 20, of Chicago was charged with drunken driving at about 3:30 a.m. Jan. 19 at Route 38 and Route 83, police said.

• Ray R. Murry, 49, of Plainfield was charged with drunken driving at about 1 a.m. Jan. 21 at St. Charles Road and Ardmore Avenue, police said.
