Alcohol charges filed

• Kira J. Delgado, 30, of Fairless Hills, Pa., was charged with drunken driving, speeding and failure to obey a signal at about 4:30 a.m. Jan. 14 at Highland and Eastgate avenues, police said.

• Michael R. Schaar, 24, of Elmhurst was charged with drunken driving, speeding and a sign violation at about 8:30 p.m. Jan. 14 at Route 64 and Grace Street, police said.

• Asia Ewing, 33, of Chicago was charged with drunken driving and improper lane usage at about 12:15 a.m. Jan. 17 at Main Street and Roosevelt Road, police said.

Battery counts filed

• Jacob Payne, 21, of Lombard was arrested for battery, criminal damage to property and interference at about 9:15 a.m. Jan. 14 in the 1300 block of South Finley Road, police said.

• Omar Galvez-Valle, 27, of Lombard was arrested for battery and criminal damage to property at about 12:15 a.m. Jan. 16 in the 500 block of West North Avenue, police said.

Retail theft charged

• Brandon McGowan, 17, of Lombard was charged with retail theft at about 5:15 p.m. Jan. 15 at JCPenney, 175 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• A juvenile was charged with retail theft at about 6:30 p.m. Jan. 15 at Target, 60 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• A juvenile was charged with retail theft at about 3:15 p.m. Jan. 17 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

• Stacy Welborn, 17, of Woodridge and two juveniles were charged with retail theft at about 7 p.m. Jan. 19 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

Items reported stolen

• A farm tractor was reported stolen between 1 p.m. Jan. 14 and  5 p.m. Jan. 16 in the 1800 block of South Springer Drive, police said.

• About $2,300 in cash and checks were reported stolen at about 3:30 p.m. Jan. 18 at Wet Seal, 163 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.

Drug possession charged

• Jennifer Tobias, 18, of Brookfield was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and retail theft at about 9:15 p.m. Jan. 18 at Von Maur, 145 Yorktown Shopping Center, police said.
