• Kevin J. Kent, 43, of Addison, was charged with driving under the influence and driving with his registration plate obstructed at about 10:45 p.m. Dec. 16 near York and Vallette streets, police said.

• Michael J. Fortuna, 22, 1S5576 Nimitz Road, Oakbrook Terrace, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to give information after an accident at about 1:30 a.m. Dec. 16 near Wilson Street and Mitchell Avenue, said police.

• Quentin E. Nance, 28, of Joliet, was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage at about 4 a.m. Dec. 15 near Route 83 and St. Charles Road, police said.

• Pavel Vavricek, 40, of Northlake, was charged with driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at about 12:15 a.m. Dec. 15 near Lake Street and Grand Avenue, said police.

• Michael J. Lyons, 56, 106 Elmwood Terrace, Elmhurst, was charged with driving under the influence, open alcohol container, improper lane usage, driving with an expired registration and driving without insurance at about 6:45 p.m. Dec. 14 near St. Charles Road and York Street, police said.

• Minchul Kim, 25, of Chicago, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license at about 7:30 p.m. Dec. 14 in the 100 block of West First Street, said police.

• John M. Baez, 26, 494 S. Holly Ave., Elmhurst, was charged with driving under the influence and driving with an expired registration and driver’s license at about 11:15 p.m. Dec. 9 near St. Charles Road and Route 83, said police.

• Randy Vlack, 34, of Glen Ellyn, was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage at about 4:15 a.m. Dec. 9 near St. Charles Road and Oakland Grove, police said.

• Robert L. Southall, 20, 165 E. North Ave., Elmhurst, was charged with underage consumption of alcohol and driving without insurance at about 8:15 p.m. Dec. 8 near York Street and North Avenue, said police.

• Dale N. Wisinski, 40, of Bolingbrook, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage and driving without insurance at about 4:15 a.m. Dec. 8 near Route 83 and St. Charles Road, police said.

• Booker T. Howard, 58, of Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage and failure to signal at about 11:15 p.m. Dec. 7 near York Street and Crestview Avenue, said police.

• Timothy Kearns, 51, 400 Rex Blvd., Elmhurst, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence, unlawful possession of a stolen title, improper lane usage, leaving the scene of an accident, driving without insurance and driving without registration at about 3 p.m. Dec. 6 near Hawthorne Avenue and St. Charles Road, police said.

Theft charges pressed

• Samuel Valladares, 17, and Fernando Valladares, 50, both of Chicago, were charged with theft for allegedly stealing three metal racks from behind PPG Auto Glass, 430 W. Fullerton Ave., at about 6 p.m. Dec. 16, said police. Fernando also was charged with driving with a suspended license, driving with revoked plates and driving without insurance.

• Christopher D. Holt, 34, of Bellwood and Anthony T. Anderson, 42, of Chicago, were arrested at Dominick’s, 215 S. Route 83, at about 10:30 p.m. Dec. 12, police said. Holt was charged with theft for allegedly stealing a bottle of alcohol. Anderson was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Disorderly conduct alleged

• Robert Fueling, 30, of Des Plaines, was charged with disorderly conduct for alarming and disturbing people, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at about 2:45 a.m. Dec. 16 in the 1000 block of North York Street, police said.

• Kevin W. Gray, 48, 88 S. Westmore-Meyers Road, Lombard, was charged with disorderly conduct for public intoxication at about 6:45 p.m. Dec. 15 near Prospect Avenue and Claremont Street, said police.

• Frank J. San Roman, 44, of Glenview, was charged with disorderly conduct for public urination at about 11:45 p.m. Dec. 14 outside Seven Ten Lanes, 119 N. York St., police said.

• Timothy D. McGough, 22, 110 Fellows Court, No. 6, Elmhurst, was charged with disorderly conduct for public intoxication at about 3:15 p.m. Dec. 13 outside of his home, said police.

Items reported stolen

• Someone driving a black sport utility vehicle pumped about $70 of gasoline from Team Spirit Shell, 103 W. Third St., and drove off without paying at about 5 p.m. Dec. 15, police said.

• A set of keys, valued at $320, was reported stolen from the counter at Cigar Lovers, 176B N. York St., at about 5:30 p.m. Dec. 12, said police.

• Police are looking for two men who stole a video game console from Fitz’s Pub, 172 Addison Ave., at about 10 a.m. Dec. 14, police said. The men told an employee they were fixing the machine, which is worth $3,800 and probably held $200 in coins.

• Someone entered an unlocked motor vehicle in the 400 block of Prairie Path Lane and took a purse containing $85 in cash, several credit cards and a cell phone at about 2:15 p.m. Dec. 15, police said.

Stolen vehicle discovered

Hassan Sutton, 34, of Chicago, was charged with criminal trespass to motor vehicle and obstructing justice at about 6 p.m. Dec. 15 after an officer determined the car Sutton was driving near St. Charles and Route 83 was stolen, said police.

Property damage reported

A homeowner in the 100 block of South Oakland Grove told police that three teenagers caused $700 in damage to a screen door by throwing snow balls at the resident’s home at about 5 p.m. Dec. 5, said police.

• Kimberly S. Digiovenale, 47, of Cincinnati, was charged with two counts of battery at about 1:30 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 300 block of East Route 38, police said.

• Patrick J. Harty, 41, of Villa Park was charged with battery at about 7:15 p.m. Nov. 23 on the 400 block of North Ellsworth Avenue, police said.

Underage drinking alleged

• Four men were charged with underage drinking at about 3:45 a.m. Nov. 29 in the 400 block of South Princeton Avenue, police said. They are Uriel Holguin, 20, 1S119 Radford Lane; Jacob D. Czarnik, 20, 420 S. Highland Ave., Lombard; Daniel P. Mitchell, 20, of Elmhurst; and Ricardo A. Sanchez, 20, 1S222 Dillon Lane.

• Seven teenagers and one juvenile were charged with underage drinking at 10:15 p.m. Nov. 24 in first block of South Oakland Avenue, police said. They are Matthew T. Cole, 17, of Elmhurst, also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor; Julie DeYoung, 17, of Elmhurst; Carra Battaglia, 17, of Elmhurst; Lauren Byrd, 17, of Elmhurst; Gabriella Pearson, 18, of Miami, Fla.; Emma Keldsen, 18, of Elmhurst; Joshua Gleason, 17, of Elmhurst; and an unnamed juvenile, police said.

Drug charges filed

• Key Mah B. Israel, 57, 1S219 Ingersoll Lane, was charged with possession of marijuana at about 9:45 p.m. Nov. 30 at Ardmore Avenue and 13th Street, police said.

• Marcus A. Barbee, 23, of Broadview was charged with possession of marijuana at Roosevelt Road and Summit Avenue, police said.

• Alfonso Castillo, 17, 205 N. Third St., was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at about 3 p.m. Nov. 22 at his residence, police said. Charged at the same time was Fredi Castillo, 17, of the same address, with battery, police said.

• About $1,040 in damage was reported to a vehicle at about 10 a.m. Nov. 2 in the 200 block of Terry Lane, police said.

• About $2,000 in items stolen and damages to a vehicle were reported at about 11:30 p.m. Nov. 26 in the 1000 block of north Villa Avenue, police said.
