Community members are invited to experience barbershop music in a whole new way by attending the 22nd annual fashion show by the Choral-Aires Chorus, an award-winning Sweet Adelines chorus.
The “Be Our Guest” show on Saturday, March 7, offers an afternoon of food, entertainment and raffle prizes, with four grand prizes valued up to $2,000, including a one-week stay for two at Sea Garden Resort in Acapulco or a week’s lodging at a vintage cottage in southwest Michigan.
The annual event is at Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace, with a sell-out crowd of nearly 700 attendees.
Guests can enjoy cocktails starting at 11 a.m., with entertainment by a variety of quartets from within the chorus. The 95-voice Choral-Aires Chorus will perform at noon.
Featured will be Four Bettys, 2008 Sweet Adelines International Quartet Champions.

A four-part barbershop chorus, the Choral-Aires consistently places in the top 10 in competition with more than 600 choruses worldwide.
Under the direction of Master Director Joan Boutilier, women of all ages sing tight harmonies a cappella.
