Edward and Kay Kendall of Glen Ellyn announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Kendall, to Geoff Zimmermann, son of Dr. Pamela Zimmermann and Ron Murrison and the late Terry Zimmermann.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Glenbard West High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish from Augustana College in 2006. She is currently attending National-Louis University where she is pursuing a master’s degree in secondary education.
The groom-to-be is a graduate of Wheaton North High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Augustana College in 2004 and a master’s degree in special education from Roosevelt University. He is employed as a teacher at Naperville Central High School.
The wedding is planned for June 2009 in First United Methodist Church in Glen Ellyn.
