Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival Elmhurst Children’s Theatre will perform at the Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, at the Theatre Building, 1225 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago. Part of the “Sketch Day For Kids” performances. Volunteer tutors needed Literacy DuPage seeking volunteer tutors to provide one-to-one and small group tutoring for adults learning to read, write and speak English. Tutors need not be experienced in teaching or be bilingual. Comprehensive training provided in a series of six workshops, preparing for English as a Second Language or Adult Basic Literacy instruction. “We All Love Our Pets” program DuPage Senior Citizens Council, Meals on Wheels Association of America and Banfield the Pet Hospital are helping seniors in DuPage County provide food for their pets.
