Westmont
Man arrested with drugs
Police said a man was arrested for allegedly having marijuana after officers observed a suspicious vehicle at about 10:30 p.m. June 23 on the 500 block of West 65th Street.
Richard L. Hodges, 18, of Bellwood may be charged with possession of marijuana.

Window damaged
Police said the window of a business was damaged after an unknown object was thrown through it during the night June 24 on the first block of East Ogden Avenue. The total loss was $400.

Police said the window of a business was damaged after an unknown object was thrown through it between June 20 and 23 on the 6400 block of South Cass Avenue. The loss was $200.

Suspicious person arrested
Police said a man was arrested for allegedly possessing drug paraphernalia after officers located a suspicious person in a park at about 8 p.m. June 25 near Warwick and Traube avenues.

Jeffery L. Winters, 40, of Bolingbrook was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Iguana stolen
According to police, an iguana worth $150 was stolen between 3 and 3:30 p.m. June 13 in the 100 block of West Naperville Road.

Drugs alleged
Nicholas A. Gordon, 22, of Bolingbrook, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver after being arrested at 8 p.m. June 13 in the 100 block of West 65th Street, police said.
Gordon was also charged with resisting arrest, police added.

Window damaged
According to police, a window was damaged by an unknown object sometime overnight June 13 in the 6700 block of South Cedar Lane.
The estimated damage is $75, police said.

Order of protection violated
According to police, Edward Colon, 44, of Bolingbrook, was charged with violating an order of protection after being arrested at 12:45 p.m. in the 6700 block of South Vail Drive.

Window smashed
A back window of a car was smashed, causing an estimated $300 in damages, at 2:15 a.m. June 15 when it was parked in the 6700 block of South Cedar Lane, police said.

Endangerment of a child
Kenneth B. Cohn, 40, 425 Tracy Court, was charged with endangering the health of a child after being arrested at 11:45 a.m. June 16 near 65 Street and Whipple Lane, police said.

According to police, they responded to a call regarding a toddler wandering near 65th Street and Whipple Lane. The toddler was located and was not injured.

Domestic battery alleged
Police said Reginald R. Johnson, 48, of the 500 block of Creekwood Court, was charged with two counts of domestic battery after being arrested at 11:30 a.m. June 17 in the 500 block of Creekwood Court.

According to police, Johnson allegedly struck a family member.

Items stolen
According to police, items were stolen from a duffle bag between 3 and 3:30 p.m. June 17 in an alley in the 0 to 100 block of North Linden Avenue.
Police said the items taken were a radio, cell phone charger and clothing. The estimated loss was $150.

Car burglarized
A car’s window was smashed, and numerous construction tools were stolen sometime overnight June 18 in the 6700 block of South Echo Lane, police said.
According to police, the window’s estimated damage is $200, and the tools are valued at $590.

Car vandalized
Police said a car’s window was smashed — causing an estimated $175 in damages — overnight June 19 in the 6700 block of South Tudor Lane.

Man charged with battery
Karl A. Koeneman, 36, of the 300 block of South Cass Avenue, was charged with domestic battery after being arrested at 5:30 p.m. June 19 in the 300 block of South Cass Avenue, police said.

According to police, Koeneman allegedly pushed a family member.
