Downers Grove, IL -
Carolyn Bossany, 38, vanished April 29 with her two children. Police searched for the family members until they were found a few days. An Amber Alert was not issued, but police had said they were concerned about the children's safety.
Should Amber Alerts be issued, even if the suspected abductor has legal custody?
