The village of Lombard Public Works Department will host an open house to discuss the improvement of the Great Western Trail over Grace Street, Union Pacific Railroad and St. Charles Road.
From 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15, in the Village Hall’s Community Room, project information and displays of the proposed work will be presented. Some topics discussed will be the need for the project, development of design alternatives, and tentative construction schedule.
Additionally, village representatives and the engineering consultant for the project will be available to answer questions from the public.
