Taxpayer slate right choice for Downers Township
While the election may seem behind us, the truth is it is just getting started. Coming up this April, we have an opportunity to vote in a very important election. I cannot speak for everyone, but part of the reason I chose to live in Downers Grove Township was because of what the communities offered — safety, great schools and services.
In the April election, we have an opportunity to continue to build on these cornerstones of the community by voting for the Ticket for the Taxpayer. The eight members of the Ticket for the
Taxpayer ticket have worked to hold the line on spending, maintained a balanced budget, and expanded the community awareness and education programs township government offers.
When you go to the polls April 7, I hope you will join me in voting for Frank Wurster for supervisor, Diane Konicek for clerk, Terry Cockrell for assessor, and Andy Anderson for highway commissioner.

Wurster has served Downers Grove Township well
Part of the reason I live in DuPage County is because our leaders understand how to hold the line on spending and work together to keep our taxes low.
Coming up on April 7, we have an opportunity to keep DuPage County and Downers Grove Township heading the right direction and vote for the Republican township officials for election.
One of those elected officials is my friend Frank Wurster, who has dedicated the last several years to Downers Grove Township and its residents. Frank has worked hard to keep spending down and balance the budget, insuring our tax dollars are used in the most effective way.
This year, on April 7, we have an opportunity to make certain DuPage County and Downers Grove Township remain the place we have become accustomed to.
Please join me and vote for my friend Frank Wurster for supervisor.
