Pulia slate leads against One Westchester Party

Sam D. Pulia of the Westchester Comes First Party (WCF) has taken a sizable lead over Richard L. Ryan of the One Westchester Party (OW) in the race for Westchester village president.

WCF trustee candidates are also leading for trustee seats.

With more than 78 percent of the vote in, Pulia is showing 1,437 votes against Ryan’s 781 votes.

Independent candidate Michael J. Chlada trails with 421 votes.

WCF trustee candidate votes are as follows:
Walter J. Novak, 1,548 votes; Brian A. Sloan, 1,586; and Nicholas C. Steker, 1,457.

OW trustee candidate voles are as follows:
William Buikema, 982; Jim Lange, 877; Jill Saraceno Franklin, 978.

In the village clerk race, Catherine M. Booth (WCF) leads with 1,436 over incumbent Kathryn Hayes (OWP) with 1,122.
