Yoga returns to Hinsdale

The Village of Hinsdale Parks and Recreation Department is welcoming back beginner and intermediate yoga at the Katherine Legge Memorial Lodge, 5901 S. County Line Road.
Yoga Teachers Group has revised Hatha Yoga, a method of postures and breathing into an energy management and food health program.
The beginner level has two sessions running every Tuesday Oct. 7 to Dec. 9 and Thursdays from Oct. 9 to Dec. 11. Both sessions meet from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Intermediate level meets every Monday from 6 to 7 p.m. and 7 to 8 p.m. Oct. 6 through Dec. 8.
Fees for these sessions are $80 for residents and $120 for non-residents.
