Woman faces DUI charge
Susan S. Fox, 51, of La Grange was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and disobeying a traffic control device, according to police.

She was pulled over at 10:15 p.m. Sept. 5 at Elm Street and Ogden Avenue, police said. A 12-year-old passenger was in the car at the time, police added.

Cash, jewelry reported stolen
Cash and jewelry valued at $24,000 was reported taken between 8:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. Sept. 3 from a home in the 200 block of Bodin Street, according to police. Someone forced their way into the home to gain access, police said.

DUI charge filed
Jose I. Lopez, 24, of Glen Ellyn was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle after being pulled over at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 5 at Ogden Avenue and York Road, police said.

DUI alleged
Christopher P. Cacciatore, 45, 107 S. Grant St., Hinsdale, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding after being arrested at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 2 at Ogden Avenue and Salt Creek Lane, police said.

Traffic stop yields arrest
Kimberly J. McGrew, 33, of Romeoville was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage after being pulled over at 3:30 a.m. Sept. 5 at Route 83 and 55th Street, police said.

Man charged with theft
Theodore R. Wynn, 34, of Geneva was charged with theft after he allegedly stole two cartons of cigarettes at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 31 from the BP Amoco gas station, 149 E. Ogden Ave.

According to police, a witness provided investigators with information that eventually led to the arrest of Wynn at a Naperville hotel at about 4 a.m. Sept. 1.
The value of the cigarettes is about $100, police said.

Darien
Disorderly conduct alleged
Patrick D. Campion Jr., 22, 7121 Dunham Road, Downers Grove, was charged with disorderly conduct after being arrested at about 4:45 p.m. Sept. 6.

Police were contacted about a man in possession of what appeared to be a gun in the 7500 block of Lemont Road, police said. When officers approached Campion, they found he had a pellet gun, police said.

Police make arrest at store
Jon P. Soderstrom, 39, 17 W. 332 Karban Road, Oakbrook Terrace, was charged with retail theft and violation of bail bond after being arrested at 11 a.m., Sept. 2 at The Home Depot, 2101 75th St., police said.

Soderstrom was wanted from a previous arrest in Kane County, police said.
