Help raise money for Military Families of Cicero

Military Families of Cicero will hold a Boots 4 Freedom fundraiser from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, at five intersections throughout the town.
Volunteers with collection boots will be stationed along Cermak Road at Austin Boulevard, Cicero Avenue, Laramie Avenue and Central Avenue, and also at the intersection of Austin Boulevard and 35th Street. All proceeds will go to benefit Military Families of Cicero.
The community is also invited to stop by the BP Gas Station, 5201 W. Cermak Road, to view a military Humvee provided by the U.S. National Guard.
