Come celebrate Mexican Independence Day

Cicero, IL -

The town of Cicero will celebrate Mexican Independence Day with a three-day festival Sept. 18 and Sept. 20.

El Grito kicks-off the festivities from 9 to 10 p.m. Sept. 15 at 34th  Street and Laramie Avenue.
The celebration will continue with a festival and carnival Sept. 18 to 20, also at 34th Street and Laramie Avenue.

The Mexican Independence Day Parade will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Sept. 19. The parade will begin at Cermak Road and Austin Boulevard, and proceed east to 54th Avenue.
