Free back to school physicals to be offered

Catholic Charities will host a free back to school physicals and other health services from Aug. 22 at St. Francis of Rome, 1401 S. Austin Blvd., in Cicero.
Registration is required and runs from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Services include school physicals and immunizations, adult health screenings, HIV/AIDS information and testing, medical referrals, health and nutrition information, and social service referrals.
Parents are asked to bring their child’s past immunization records.
