Ryan J. Louder, 23, of Justice was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle, according to Hinsdale police.
He was arrested at 6:30 a.m. March 1 in the parking garage of Adventist Hinsdale Hospital, 120 N. Oak St., police said.
According to police, officers were called to the garage for a report of an intoxicated man urinating in the garage. Officers arrested Louder after he attempted to start his vehicle, police said.
