The Glenbard West girls gymnastics team ran away with the regional title on Wednesday, posting a score of 145.200 in Glen Ellyn.
Bartlett (132.275) was the runner-up while Glenbard South placed fourth.
Missy Guzman captured the all-around title with a 37.250 while Mackenzie O'Keefe placed second (36.775).
Guzman also won individual titles on the floor exercise and beam while O'Keefe came in first on the uneven bars and Abbie Garchitorena finished first on the vault.
