Richard B."Rick" Davis was named vice president of human resources for the Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Ill. Jan. 25.
Davis, 59, of Wheaton, has begun to work with management to develop annual and long-term strategic plans that address key components of training, compensation, benefits, hiring and recruitment, according to a press release from the hospital.
Prior to his new role at the hospital, Davis has held positions that included chief chief human resources officer at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical System, vice president of human resources at GN Resound North America and vice president of compensation, benefits and HR systems for MedPartners/Caremark. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth and a law degree from Capital University Law School.
