"After the End of the World"
GreenMan Theatre closes its ninth season as a theatre company with a production that features a collection of short plays and one-acts that deal with beginnings, endings, and other apocalyptic scenarios. "After the End of the World" features nine plays directed by six local directors and with a combined cast of twenty actors. Some of the plays are original works in their world premiere while others are published works from well known playwrights such as Samuel Beckett and Harold Pinter.
"After the End of the World" opens Friday, May 3, and runs weekends through Sunday, May 19. Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday matinees begin at 2 p.m. Tickets are $17 for adults and $15 for seniors/students. A special industry performance will be held on Sunday May 5; for all those who bring in a theatrical resume or headshot, they can purchase a ticket at the box office for only $10. Free parking is available.
