Flagg Creek's Rosinia ties for 40th at U.S. Senior Open

Billy Rosinia of Flagg Creek Golf Course in Countryside competed in the U.S. Senior Open last weekend. Rosinia, who played in a qualifier to make it to the tournament, wound up making the cut and tying for 40th with three-time U.S. Open champion Hale Irwin and six others. He shot a four-day total of 293, which placed him at 13-over par. Eduardo Romero won the championship with a 6-under 274. He won by four shots over Fred Funk.
