Anniversary: Kocas celebrate 71st

George F. and Helen A. Koca of Downers Grove, formerly of North Riverside, celebrated their 71st anniversary Sept. 6, 2008, at home with their family. The couple were married Sept. 6, 1937, at our Lady of the Mount in Cicero. The reception was held in the Clyde Park Recreation Hall in Cicero.
Helen was a homemaker. George was a payroll department manager at Sunbeam Corp. He worked for the organization for 40 years and retired in 1980.
The Kocas have two children, Raymond (Barbara) Koca and George R. (Lenore) Koca; two grandchildren, Laura (Dane) Irelan and Sheryl (Stan) Matoska; and four great-grandchildren.
