Seminar to stress benefits of positive thinking

The School of Metaphysics in Bolingbrook will host a workshop “Positive Thinking in a Negative World” from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, July 5 at the organization’s headquarters, 345 Manor Court, Bolingbrook.
Cost of the workshop is $15.
Among the topics covered include how take steps to change negative thoughts to positive ones, secrets to a long life and daily actions that can increase happiness and health.
